Excellent location! The condo is inviting with a great view of the slopes and a wood burning fireplace.

Very close to the ski lift. Adam, on-site staff, was very helpful. Very clean unit, perfect for a couple. We will be back.

As mentioned by eveyone- ventilation isn't great. Be prepared to get up a few times at night to adjust. The radiant heating will get the place nice and warm but that can feel stuffy so keep it low. Windows open and that's cold. It's a balance. This place is a rental. Mattress, linens, couch and chairs are functional but could all use replacing. Bring an eye mask as there is construction across the way that will have very bright floodlights blasting directly into the master at night. Overall the place was clean. Just worn in pretty well. I would stay here again but maybe not for a romantic weeknd. More of a family friendly vibe where you can take breaks and come up for lunch. The location is perfect.

When we arrived we noticed hair everywhere, lots of stains (couch, shower curtain, carpet) and the smell of cigarette smoke. When the host asked if we were satisfied with the cleanliness, we said no and shared information but they did not offer to come and clean the place. Upon entering, we noticed discarded marijuana joints on the entryway and cigarette burns on the couch. The kitchen sink was broken so that when turned on it flooded the kitchen cabinets and did not dispense water. We immediately notified the host, who did not send anyone to repair the broken sink. If we wanted any water or to use a sink we had to use the dated bathroom sink. Also, the toilet paper roll and tissue paper dispenser were broken and not stocked. Despite the terrible Airbnb, we enjoyed our trip given its good location with access to Taos skiing and village area.
