“Overall our stay was satisfactory. The location and proximity to downtown Santa Fe was great! The casita was spotlessly clean, comfortable, all linens needed were provided, beds were comfortable. A few items of note: It was immediately off a very busy main artery to downtown Santa Fe and traffic noise was ever-present and loud at night. It was a bit challenging to locate the home as it was located behind a business and the access to the casita was not immediately evident (blind turn off/onto a very busy street). There were a few kitchen items that we would have appreciated having in the home, specifically, dinner plates, a toaster and additional glassware. The TV was not set up for local TV channels, streaming only, and required a Prime Video pin which we did not have, so were unable to use the TV. All that said, it was comfortable, clean, and a location-friendly stay for two.”

“This charming, clean one bedroom casita is located off the street, well away from traffic. The rooms are well appointed. The kitchen & bathroom have been updated with new fixtures, appliances & countertops. The queen size bed is firm & the towels provided are some of the thickest & softest I’ve ever encountered. I would highly recommended staying cheer.”

“Had an enjoyable stay at Carl's place. It is in a location that is initially challenging to get to, but really not difficult just follow the instructions provided by Carl (Google Maps can mislead you). Due to it's proximity to the roads, there is the sound of the cars, but it really did not create any issues for us. There are earplugs provided, but we did not need them. With that said, this is a really nice unit, that is very walkable to the city and Railroad district (Farmers Market). There is a great coffee/breakfast spot across the street as well. Inside, the house is very nice and was perfect for us. I had to call Carl's support agent, and she was very polite and helpful.”

“Carl was incredibly prompt in his responses which were always well detailed. He offered very clear instructions and check in and check out was quick and easy. It is a fantastic location for walking in Santa Fe. I would highly recommend this home.”
