“The house was perfect the only thing is that in the back garden were the grill and seating area are as soon as the sun set there were alot of mice running all over the place it wasn't good but if tha problem gets solved I would stay again”

“The home was beautiful, spacious, and I highly recommend the pool/hot tub backyard area. The town and places to walk, shop, eat are so charming. We have such a nice time here. Many tvs and good coffee/tea inside the house. Great game assortment as well. Would love to come back again. The inner space caverns were fun to visit nearby.”

“The owners in the messages are multiple AI chat bots. When you run into problems there is no one to respond accordingly. The phone number goes to a voice message that says to message on the app and hangs up! Very frustrating never once spoke to a real person had lots of trouble checking in with no help.”

“For the price, I would expect it to be cleaner. There were stains on all the bedding had to wash them before we used them. There is what look like human feces stains on the shower, curtain and cockroaches in the bathroom. All of our towels were dirty as well the light fixture in master bathroom flickered in and out if it turned on at all all the pots and pans were dirty and had to soak and wash before we were able to use them. I sent in pictures to the number for the host that I had and never got a response. Overall, I paid way too much for coming into a dirty home. I left it cleaner then I found it. we had to wash every single linen because it looked to only be what we could describe as relations stains that were not from us the pots pans, and all the dishes were absolutely filthy as well as the towels. There was no cleaning supplies we had to buy them. We also had to buy trash bags and then we’re expected to strip all the beds and take out all the trash when we left”

“great landing spot for multigen family visiting ABQ. highlights: beds are comfortable, great pool, functional smart TVs all over the house nice to have some gym space as well! great quiet shady park across the street with playground, great for kids. plenty of space to gather indoors and outdoors. low lights: property is worn, indoor and outdoor furniture is worn and stained/chipped, beautiful kitchen but very poorly appointed as far as usable utensils/ bowls/ pans... anyone wanting to make meals here I suggest they bring their own basic kitchen things. the company running the rental rather impersonal, not flexible with check in or check out (unless you want to pay an hrly rate, which always leaves a bad taste in my mouth). the one time I did try to contact my appointed contact person, she didn't pick up or call me back. 🤷🏼‍♀️ overall would stay again!”

“Good water pressure; plenty of hot water; air conditioning worked great; However, smoke detector never fixed don't know if the rest even work; mold in washer; lint trap in dryer not cleaned out; only 4 coffee cups; 3 forks; 3 bowls; no potholders; no voice mail on "Home host" phone; does not respond promptly; makes promises never met; no place to put your personal items except on tiny night stand; outlet in kitchen didn't work; ancient coffee pot; vent in small bathroom rusty and filthy; no hangers supplied; Trash can lid not working properly; black mold around tub; kitchen faucet turns on randomly; goats head burrs in shag carpeting; couch pillows appear to be dirty; some of the bath towels appeared stained and unsanitary; wifi not working and Home Host unable to assist; no real response to any messages left - but lots of promises left; garage cannot hold 2 vehicles unless they are small - only 1 garage door opener; insufficient number of washcloths; towel bar in small bathroom loose.”
