“Our stay at this Airbnb in New Mexico was absolutely amazing. The home was cozy and beautifully decorated with so much southwestern charm. It was the perfect peaceful getaway. The pool was one of our favorite parts of the stay — relaxing and perfect for cooling off while enjoying the beautiful scenery. We spent so much time out there soaking up the peaceful atmosphere. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was great — close enough to explore local attractions, but still quiet and relaxing. We especially loved sitting outside at night enjoying the fresh air, poolside views, and beautiful stars. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable New Mexico getaway!”

“I organized a group of family to stay here when we visited for my son's college graduation weekend. We needed a lot of bedrooms, and the pool was a big plus. We were very, very pleased. The house matched the photos, and I appreciated the very professional texts/emails from the owners and clear instructions about check in and check out. The place was very clean and everything was in working order. I will say the neighboring houses are pretty close; we did hear a little dog/neighbor noise, but it wasn't bothersome. We appreciated the proximity to grocery shopping, restaurants, and freeways. I would definitely stay here again: the only downsides were the expense (which clearly, we paid) and the distance from other people and places in Albuquerque that we wanted to visit (and nothing was more than 30 minutes away). Thanks for a wonderful weekend.”

“Casa Deliciosa was fantastic. Very spacious home with plenty of room for our family stay in ABQ. The home and kitchen were well appointed. The home had a beautiful view of the Sandia Mountains, and was in a peaceful quiet neighborhood. The Irvie Homes team was a great host.”

“Perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Albuquerque. Located in a quiet and secluded neighborhood, it was very peaceful and relaxing while still being conveniently close to shopping and restaurants. Communication with the host was quick and easy throughout our stay. The only issue we encountered was that I overlooked the amenities listing and didn’t realize the home did not have central AC. We had to sleep with the windows open and use the box fans provided to stay cool at night. Getting ready in the warmer temperatures during the day was a little uncomfortable, but overall we still enjoyed our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and conveniently located stay in Albuquerque.”

“Beautiful home with everything you need. I really enjoyed the peaceful garden with the gazebo to enjoy my morning coffee in peace with a nice view of the mountain. The neighborhood is quiet and good for a nice walk. It was nice having a pool/hot tub combo with jets to relax and unwind. The master bedroom is very spacious. I had some communication with the hosts who were very friendly. It’s a little gem and very cozy.”

“I rented this Airbnb so my family and I could have somewhere comfortable to stay while in town for my father’s funeral. The house comes with 4 full bedrooms (3 king bedrooms and 1 double bedroom) and 2.5 bathrooms. There’s also an office space with a daybed for an additional guest. The backyard area is cozy, with breathtaking views. The place was perfect in terms of cleanliness, amenities, and location. The location was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 8-9 people. The views of the mountains were spectacular, and the hosts checked in frequently during our stay. The only time we had an issue was on the cooler days during our stay, as it was challenging to regulate the temperature. We had to use the fireplace because the heating system is switched off seasonally (an evaporative cooler is used during warmer months). Once we received clarity on this and how to use the fireplace, this helped balance the temperature on the cooler days/evenings.”

“This home provided the perfect environment for our family to gather. It was beautiful and comfortable. We loved the "campfires" in the backyard and the well equipped kitchen was easy to use. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood. Communication was easy and responsive and personal. Thanks for creating a wonderful backdrop for a great weekend.”
