“Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this host based on our experience. When we arrived, the previous guests had checked out late and the cleaning crew was still inside the property, so we had to wait for them to finish before we could enter. After our stay, the host filed a damage claim against us involving the hot tub and related items. We strongly dispute that we caused this damage. What was especially concerning to us was that we personally saw the cleaning crew leave before we entered, and we did not see anyone inspect the hot tub between the previous guests’ departure and our arrival. The entire situation after checkout has been extremely frustrating and has completely changed how we feel about this stay. Based on our experience, I would be very cautious when booking this property and would recommend documenting the condition of everything with photos and videos immediately upon arrival. We will not stay at this property again.”
