“Overall, we had a good stay. The property was as described, and communication was prompt and clear. The kitchen was well stocked in terms of quantity, although the assortment felt somewhat haphazard and some basic items were surprisingly difficult to find. Cooling is provided by window A/C units, with instructions warning that setting the temperature below 75°F would trip the breaker. As a result, 75°F was effectively the lowest available temperature, which we found rather warm. We also found one hair dryer that was not only nonfunctional but had its entire rear cover missing, leaving the electronics exposed. Overall, the accommodations met our needs and were as represented, the view was great, and the management team was responsive.”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb near Cloudcroft! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and had everything we could have asked for. The setting was peaceful and gorgeous, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy Cloudcroft, Alamogordo and the Air Force base. We truly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave! We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, comfortable, and memorable getaway. Thank you for helping make our trip so special! ❤️”

“For a place that has a checkout cleaning list this place was very dusty and full of cobwebs. It rained most of the trip and the walkway was muddy and slick the entire time. What wasnt mud was weeds. It was very difficult to get anything let alone myself in and out of the home. Had issues with water pressure and they were super quick to get someone out and get it resolved and they were super accommodating when I left early due to illness which I appreciate. Communication was always fast and polite. But overall I dont feel like it was worth the price or the effort they wanted on check out.”
