“We stayed here for 3 nights with 6 adults and 3 dogs. The GOOD: fenced & shaded yards for our fur babies! We have 2 Pyrenees and our son has a Texas Heeler and the accommodations were A+++ for them! The house was well equipped with the basics and mostly comfortable. The hosts were great at communicating and self check in was easy. WiFi worked well and t-mobile cell service was ok. The Not-So-Good: the shaded yard areas are overgrown with weeds. Little dogs would get lost! Mowing would greatly improve the aesthetics. The water supply is very (!!!) mineralized and tastes bad. There is a sink water filter that helps but gets bogged down and stops if trying to fill bottles. I highly recommend bringing bottled water! The sink faucet is crusted over with mineral deposits and runs slow. Primary bath sink & tub drains are very slow. Also, A/C consists of 2 window units. On arrival, the house was very warm and the A/C could not cool it sufficiently in the almost 90 degree heat”

“The Lookout was very spacious and accommodating for my large family. The host are very responsive. The view is beautiful and my children were excited to sleep in the cool loft area and see all the beautiful deer!! Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home.”

“We had a wonderful weekend getaway and enjoyed our time here! The house was clean and not outdated like many are. The balcony was a nice place to relax and so to enjoy our meals outside. Host was quick to respond and sent someone to help when the WiFi wasn’t connecting. Overall a great experience!”

“Homes LLC was very responsive when I sent questions. It was almost always an immediate response. There was a minor issue and it was fixed right away and had no effect on our stay. This place was close to all the shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay again when we take another trip to Cloudcroft!”
