“There were problems from the very beginning with mail keys, there was no clarity on which mailbox was the correct one in order to forward mail and packages. They were also not helpful and fixing this issue aiming us towards the Postal Service. Also, from the beginning the following were either broken or damaged: Living room TV, fans in multiple rooms, The dryer door was loose, Showerheads, The handrail for the stairs had a loose chunk at the top of the stairs, not securely attached Almost hitting my two year old child, There were lights not working correctly, And several old, very used unrepaired furniture. It’s clear at this house needs repairs, And plus she was not quick to fix these issues or even offer a discount unless we left early. There was trash being wooden pointy skewers that my two year year-old had found And could’ve hurt herself with. The replacement TV didn’t come As expected. There were lots of bugs and it clearly has a problem with that as well.”

“It was a very nice home, overall it felt like home. We cleaned up after we left as well not sparkly clean but we did more than enough, small gesture for allowing us to stay at your home!”
