“This airbnb was nice overall and in a great location. Super clean, bright, and every bedroom has a full bathroom! Air conditioning works super well. However, this house definitely was missing that homey airbnb touch. There were VERY minimal kitchen items, and a total of 4 rusty chairs as far as outdoor furniture goes. No decor on the walls. We weren’t aware we had the bottom unit, and you can hear every footstep upstairs- children running around, clunky heels, etc. We had a hard time sleeping due to the noise. The pillows and beds were not super comfortable. Overall, we had a great weekend and the space was nice & clean, just had some hiccups that will probably prevent us from staying again.”

“This was a good worked well for multiple families on a long beach weekend. The home is as pictured with a little wear and tear. The kitchen was nice, bedrooms are large and en suite bathrooms are a plus. Outdoor space could use a table and chairs so we can enjoy time outside. Location was convenient and we enjoyed our time here.”

“Spacious place, nice furniture, comfy beds, big open kitchen. Deck furniture was in complete disrepair and host instructions to not open windows and doors felt like a bummer as we are on a vacation to enjoy the ocean breeze…There are no beach amenities available in this unit (umbrella, chairs, beach towels, boogie board, cooler) and both beach concierge services I looked up 2 weeks prior to our stay were booked up. The host does not live anywhere near the unit nor do they have familiarity with the area. The beach is close-ish, but not if you are expecting to walk to the beach with small kids. It’s over a half mile away. There are no suggestions left by host for recommendations on preferred beaches or activities. This would be a fine place to stay for adults/couples that have time to wander around and figure things out, are fine with bringing or purchasing anything they want to bring and carry 8-9 blocks to the beach.”

“The home was clean and had pretty much everything we needed for a long weekend stay. It's a ~15 minute walk to town and beach access, so easy to get around in nice weather. We booked this home primarily for the location and outdoor deck space, so it was a bummer to find only rusted & broken furniture there. Just 2 rusted high top chairs with missing cushions and 2 left-behind broken lounge chairs, so unfortunately this home listed for 6 guests left us unable to enjoy the deck space. Generally seemed like the bare-minimum requirements were met given it's maintained by a property management group vs. an actual owner, but overall the home was fine for 3 nights and met most expectations.”
