Plushy in Lower Township, New Jersey

“The house looked liked the photos, it is in a small beach town, on the bay. The house is on the bay, but can't walk from the house to the beach, you have to go to a beach access area. It is near by, but still a disappointment. The house did not have a grill, which would be very nice. The back deck is very nice, and we were out there a lot. The main issue is the house should be cleaner. It needs a good, deep clean, and needs some updating. The towels should be replaced, and there should be more kitchen towels. The kitchen is fairly well appointed, but it has very few glasses and the flatware is not good. I think one of the issues is the owner lives in Phoenix, the house is in New Jersey, they are not around to see how things are going, at the house. It is a nice house, that could use some attention.”

“Great place that accommodated my family of 8. The host was very proactive and responded quickly to every message. Kitchen needs a few updated supplies. The back deck offered beautiful sunset views and the beach was very easy to access. The neighborhood is so nice to walk around. Flecks ice cream was delightful. I recommend staying at Plushy’s place.”

“Totally peaceful stay, and the perfect location for our group. This place works especially well if you have young kids in your group! The kitchen is particularly well stocked, with tons of plastic plates. The lounge chair/beanbag is at the perfect angle for feeding a baby. The house has multiple pocket doors which can section off parts of the house if there are early bedtimes or early risers, plus the sunroom is basically soundproof!”

“My family and I had a great stay at Plushy’s home in Cape May. Booking and checking in was easy and instructions were delivered when I needed them with no issues. The home was as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, as you are right on the sand of the bay. We had beautiful views of the sunset each night and a quick 2 minute walk down to the water where my son loved playing each day. The house is only 15 minutes away from the beaches and boardwalk at Wildwood, 10 minutes away from the supermarket, and there are also many restaurants within a short distance. We loved the quiet neighborhood to come back to at the end of the day after spending our days out exploring and enjoying the area. I recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat in Cape May. We would definitely book again if staying in the area in the future.”
