“No exhaust fan in bathroom. Toilet leaked. Minimal glasses. No spoons The 9 pm quiet time was not enforced. People outside the unit up to 12:30- 1:00 am every night could hear everyone yelling.”

“The apartment and location were nice. But I should have selected another location bc of all we had to bring to be comfortable. We drove to the location. The cost of the concierge seemed outrageous to me, so I brought all our towels, linens, kitchen items, grilling items, and kitchen items, to include extra paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap, kitchen towel, and seasonings. Kitchen: Some utensils and dishware, but no wine glasses, bottle openers, and coffee mugs. Had to call front desk for coffee maker, which they promptly provided. We had to buy coffee mugs to enjoy coffee in the morning, which were $15 each on the boardwalk. Bathroom: Had to bring all towel needs, including floor mat and hand towels. No tub mat is a safety risk. There was no shower liner; only a fabric shower curtain, which caused water to get onto floor and visible water damage from previous use. No trash can in bathroom so used welcome beach bucket in bathroom. Don't recommend as a home-like place for family.”
