“Place was big enough to fit our group. Easy to find and access. Easy walking distance to Hoboken terminal.”

“The place is conveniently located and within walking distance of the subway and public transit. However, I don’t think it’s worth the deal, as the apartment is in an old building and is quite small. They mentioned that it can accommodate up to 10 people, but I honestly doubt that would be comfortable. The stairs are also very narrow and spiral-shaped, which makes climbing to the next floor feel a bit risky.”

“For the price we're paying, it wasn't what we expected. we have less towel than the registered guest the whole entire stay. There were no bath rug until we asked. floor was very dusty.”

“The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We really appreciate them! However, I think this place needs serious renovation. The place is very old and rundown compared to what is shown on the pictures. The front door is too close to the floor, which makes it very hard to open. The bathrooms don’t have good ventilation. The baseboard vents around the house are coming off and can be dangerous because they are very sharp and you can easily bump into them. There are also water stains on the ceiling. The spiral staircase is very narrow and makes it hard to walk up and down. The space is also smaller than it seems on the pictures.”
