“The place was as advertised, very clean. The outdoor furniture showed some use. The outside table w the umbrella was very nice to seat and eat. I would include additional foldable chairs to support 8 people. Only 4 could sit at the table. An ice maker would be nice. Overall a high recommendation for families and great location!”

“We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here! The house was comfortable, well-equipped, and exactly what we were looking for. The only suggestion we have is to pay a little more attention to the floors during cleaning. We noticed they were quite dirty upon our arrival, and after walking around barefoot for a short time, the bottoms of our feet were black. Other than that, everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again!”

“Great stay. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. House decor was cute and beachy. Close to the WaWa and DryDock. The only thing that was disheartening was we were not allowed to access the 4 beach chairs. Locked in a shed with no key to access. I didn’t bring beach chairs due to the listing so that was not appreciated.”

“This place was great for us to bring our boys - ages 5 and 7. The upstairs bedroom space for kids was perfect and there’s a door at the bottom that closes the smaller guest room away from the living area. The other more private guest room with a half bath is the larger of the two which was great for our in-laws to stay for a few nights as well! EVR’s responsiveness to requesting an early check-in was nonexistent which was frustrating but overall our stay was excellent.”
