“Received a message shortly before arrival stating they would not send check in instructions unless I uploaded a selfie to a third party website they have; no details provided as to what is done with the photo and other details they required (also required a picture of my drivers license, etc, too… all the more reason to not understand why a selfie is needed). Their listing said early check in may be available for $25; i requested early check in and they required $50 instead. The place did match the description but despite being owned by a company they lacked the basics to make it feel comfortable there - scrawny towels, not all windows had curtains and the curtains were mismatched/ poorly fitted, bedrooms and particularly the closets smell musty, sheets were left in the washer when we arrived, etc…. Location was great and the company was quick to respond but I wouldn’t stay at another property with this company again.”
