“The bathroom fan was unusable / broken, which caused smoke detector to go off while showering. The bathroom sink's drain was clogged, took a long time fir the water to drain. Upon arrival, found an open beer can near the pool table. The amenities were antiquated and needs updating. We were grossly overcharged for the condition of the property. We DO NOT recommend this place.”

“This house was absolutely amazing! We stayed for a weekend visit 4 children! It was the perfect house and the location was perfect as it was 10 minutes away from Santa's Village! When I tell you, that this house had everything you could think of, it sure did. From bed linens, to bath towels, to bath tubs, to hot tubs! Games galore! Full kitchen, stocked with the essentials! The house was pristine! The beds were also very comfy and the house was also so beautifully decorated, making you feel that warm and cozy NH vibe!”

“it was realy nice exactly like the picturs show a private hilltop house with nice lanscaping and a little pond with frogs and turtles. with two private bedrooms ( on seprate floors) each with conected bathroom. and the living space to was realy nice it is rustic but welcoming and not spooky. we really enjoyed our vacation”
