“The bathroom fan was unusable / broken, which caused smoke detector to go off while showering. The bathroom sink's drain was clogged, took a long time fir the water to drain. Upon arrival, found an open beer can near the pool table. The amenities were antiquated and needs updating. We were grossly overcharged for the condition of the property. We DO NOT recommend this place.”

“This was a very comfortable place for a large group. The kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are comfortable and there is room for people to spread out. Great hiking trails nearby and gorgeous surroundings. There was a plumbing issue they told us about before we arrived that could not be resolved before we arrived and needed mahjong work to be fixed so it could not be done while were there. So we were at least warned, but it was not ideal. But otherwise it worked well for our large group.”

“Apparently there are several rentals by this company. Be sure you understand which one you are booking because having access to a pool and hot tub is a little deceptive. They are quite a distance from this rental. Otherwise it's a nice condo, well appointed.”

“Great location for our family while attending Santa’s Village for the weekend. Great space for our group of 9. We were a bit disappointed that the condo did not have a pool since it was listed on the amenities list. We messaged the company and were told we could use the pool at a hotel 25 minutes away for a fee.”

“Beautiful home, well furnished, comfortable, and in a great location. I took 1 star off due to the management company. I received multiple emails during my stay attempting to get significantly more money from me for early checkin, late checkout, and pool use. Additionally, there is no garbage in the community and you will be charged extra if you don't wish to keep your garbage in the house with you for the duration of your stay.”

“The room no AC and wasn’t even tell on a list while you booking. The couch in a living room was stain , bed frame wasn’t even attached to the bed ! The window curtain fell off from the window frame … wasn’t happy at all”

“Had a mix up with the original house we rented and were offered this home instead, was told the house we rented was unavailable 1 hour before check which was slightly inconvenient as we drove a ways to get there. So we stayed in this home which we got to expecting to be ready as we were told check in was the same time. The cleaners got to the house after us and due to that our group had to wait outside for hours for the house to be clean and ended up checking in 2 hours after check in time. When we went to preheat the oven on the home, there was a pan with tinfoil wrapped food on it from the previous guests that the cleaners missed. The home was beautiful and there was lots to do such as the pool table, the games, and the river walk close by just was not what our family was expecting for this trip.”

“everything was OK. only thing that turned me off was being asked to pay for early check in. that was the first time I've dealt with a host that wasn't flexible with early check in. early as in 45 min early.”
