“I’m very upset here. The place was dusty and dirty. No access to the washer and dryer. We brought less clothing items (swimsuits, etc.) knowing the unit had those amenities. Couldn’t wash our stuff. Dishwasher was broken. Never worked. While washing our dishes, a dead mouse was found in the sink. There were nests of bugs on the interior lights and when we found them, the bugs had hatched and swarmed all over us in every room making it difficult to sleep. Vacasa has done nothing to amend themselves for this awful experience. I just saw that AirBnb has given me $100 discount for my troubles. ARE YOU KIDDING ME??!!”
