“The house is in great condition and it's quite refreshing to be in a newer house in NH as most rentals are usually older. The house suited our needs for a group of 12 (4 adults and 8 students) and had plenty of places to spend time as a group. Our biggest challenges were cooking in the kitchen with equipment provided (just bring whatever you think you need) and the water stream in the showers which was very inconsistent. However we were still able to enjoy our time there.”

“The pictures don’t do the house justice!! The house is situated on a beautiful, private lot, it is very cute and very spacious. A very mountain house - adorable! Lots of space for kids and adults alike - great for traveling with another family. An easy 15 minute drive to Waterville Valley. We would definitely stay again!”
