“For a rainy weekend, this was the perfect place to relax and rest!”

“The space was exactly as pictured and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There were lots of sleeping options, which worked great for our group. We especially loved that the first-floor master had its own attached bathroom. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare quick meals for the kids. The location was perfect—an easy walk to Town Square, the pool, and restaurants, and the shuttle to the mountain was right outside, which was very convenient. The unit is a bit outdated and the mattresses and pillows could use an update, but overall we had a great stay and would book again.”

“The condo was in an excellent location in the bedrooms were well appointed. The linens were a bit cheap and the sheets kept slipping off the kids bed. With a few minor upgrades n the bathrooms and covering the fireplace the place could be perfect!”

“The pictures don’t do the house justice!! The house is situated on a beautiful, private lot, it is very cute and very spacious. A very mountain house - adorable! Lots of space for kids and adults alike - great for traveling with another family. An easy 15 minute drive to Waterville Valley. We would definitely stay again!”

“This was a good place to stay. Right up the road from the Waterville estates community center; heated pools, arcade, toy area+books, pub (not restaurant), etc. The rental company provides 1 free pass, otherwise it’s $20 per day/per adult to use the amenities… also $25 per day for a pet fee… and this seems like a lot considering the space. We split the home with 2 friends and their toddler, so we were 4 adults and 2 toddlers (2ish and 3.5). Not totally toddler-safe with the steep steps going up to the loft, but manageable for us. Tight space! Even though the home is listed as having room to fit 11, this includes a small room with 2 full size beds *right* next to each other and a slightly inaccessible top bunk bed. This one 5 person (kid) room was super cold in February, but there was a space heater available which was helpful. So I would share that this listing only “sleeps” 11 if you also a wide open loft area as well, but I’d be wary of booking for even 6+ adults.”

“Nice space in a great location for skiing nearby. The house was set up nicely. Some things could have used a bit more cleaning (just lamps and fans with tons of dust on them, a dirty cookie sheet in the oven) but overall it was a good place and would stay there again.”

“This home is very spacious and is great for large families or two families. It is easy to access and close to mountain activities. There are plenty of board games and the pool table was fun. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of the downstairs bathroom and the kitchen (no clean or unstained oven mitts, cooking utensils, pans, and some mugs are chipped). Picking up the key at the rental center was not very convenient, but the staff there is extremely friendly and helpful so that was a nice welcome to the area.”
