Manager Review

All Mountain Rentals

All Mountain Rentals's guest rating of 4.63 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

Definitely don’t book here , our stay was disappointing because the house was very messy and not properly cleaned. The floors and surfaces were dirty, and overall the house did not feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned or prepared for new guests. For the amount we paid, we expected the property to be clean .cleanliness is a basic expectation for any Airbnb rental. The host really needs to improve the cleaning and preparation between guests. I would not recommend staying here .The sunroom was one of the features advertised in the listing ,Unfortunately, we could barely use it because it was full of spiders, spider webs, and other bugs. It clearly needed a thorough cleaning and pest control. The pictures and description made the sunroom look like a nice place to sit and relax, but the actual condition was very disappointing . The bathroom also extremely dirty and clearly had not been. The sink and bathtub had a lot of hair left in them. bathtub drain was clogged very unhappy about this

We spent a week in Campton, it was a great stay! The house was beautiful and wonderfully located, close to everything.

We had a wonderful stay. The kids had fun and all of Us did as well, I want to mention one thing this is mostly for people that stay in and use their grill it is always a good idea to let the host know when you are using the last of the propane. We did our checking late so by time it was dinner all of Us were starving, we had steaks hot dogs burgers ready for the grill and to our luck the tank was empty. So that’s a bummer Other than that we enjoyed the place

View was absolutely beautiful. The second bedroom was extremely small and you couldn't move - bed is a Murphy bed and mattress laid on the floor - difficult to get out of - would only really work for small children not adults.

The unit was very comfortable and nice for a family. The bedrooms were on opposite sides of the condo with each having a bathroom. So there was privacy and separation. The 2nd bedroom had it's own A/C and there was one in the living room. The main bedroom did not have an A/C. The basics were there but if you plan to cook bring everything. (they had pots/pans, dishes etc. but nothing more). The location is great. Near town and easy access to the river.

Good location & clean, but since there was is no AC in the unit and Waterville can get hot in July one of the reasons I booked a unit in Windsor Hill is the pool. Upon arrived we looked out the back window to see a murky green pool. The note on the fence then clarified it was never reopened after the winter due to a pipe issue. We were very disappointed that the host never communicated this to us or clearly stated in the listing that the pool was not operational. The listing stated "you can also walk to your shared pool right from your Windsor Hill condo". This is a big deal, as we then had to spend $20 a day per person to use the pool at the athletic center.

This was a good place to stay. Right up the road from the Waterville estates community center; heated pools, arcade, toy area+books, pub (not restaurant), etc. The rental company provides 1 free pass, otherwise it’s $20 per day/per adult to use the amenities… also $25 per day for a pet fee… and this seems like a lot considering the space. We split the home with 2 friends and their toddler, so we were 4 adults and 2 toddlers (2ish and 3.5). Not totally toddler-safe with the steep steps going up to the loft, but manageable for us. Tight space! Even though the home is listed as having room to fit 11, this includes a small room with 2 full size beds *right* next to each other and a slightly inaccessible top bunk bed. This one 5 person (kid) room was super cold in February, but there was a space heater available which was helpful. So I would share that this listing only “sleeps” 11 if you also a wide open loft area as well, but I’d be wary of booking for even 6+ adults.
