“Condo was clean, very big, perfect location, brand new bathrooms with a jacuzzi tub which worked great. Grounds were great including pool area. Guest services very nice. The downfalls were the condo definitely needs a paint job, the fireplace did not work, the slider did not lock, couldn’t figure out how to turn on one of the showers, only sheets on the bed so bring a comforter . (We were upgraded from two to three bedroom condo due to maintenance)”

“We found the condo very comfortable and perfect for our long weekend stay. There was a nice sitting area outside with a grill and mobile fire pit, although we were too busy to use it. The condo is in a very private and peaceful area.”

“Place was well located. It was a big space with some amenities. Overall good experience. Could be better - if the house was more updated. The lighting in the house is mixed (white and yellow). Not all lamps work. The place was dusty. The dishes and utensils were not clean. Some basics were not provided. (E.g. dish soap)”

“The hallway and public areas had an awful smell. The bed room widow did not seal tight letting in tons of small flying bugs we were constantly killing. The advertisement was “stay across the street from the Highland Games “ but it was a mile down the road. Our “hot tub” which is a jacuzzi bath tub has a broken surround that is sharp and the rug in front of the tub is worn and frayed which leaves a sharp staple exposed which I found with my foot. The check in instructions they send give you a location to pick up your key. That isn’t how you check in. They said that they previously communicated a different check in but I never received any other info. It’s dated, needs maintenance and I didn’t find the staff to be very helpful. I have never left a bad review but I this is one place I would not spend the money to stay again”

“Definitely don’t book here , our stay was disappointing because the house was very messy and not properly cleaned.The floors and surfaces were dirty, and overall the house did not feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned or prepared for new guests. For the amount we paid, we expected the property to be clean .cleanliness is a basic expectation for any Airbnb rental. The host really needs to improve the cleaning and preparation between guests. I would not recommend staying here .The sunroom was one of the features advertised in the listing ,Unfortunately, we could barely use it because it was full of spiders, spider webs, and other bugs. It clearly needed a thorough cleaning and pest control. The pictures and description made the sunroom look like a nice place to sit and relax, but the actual condition was very disappointing . The bathroom also extremely dirty and clearly had not been. The sink and bathtub had a lot of hair left in them. bathtub drain was clogged very unhappy about this”

“Good location & clean, but since there was is no AC in the unit and Waterville can get hot in July one of the reasons I booked a unit in Windsor Hill is the pool. Upon arrived we looked out the back window to see a murky green pool. The note on the fence then clarified it was never reopened after the winter due to a pipe issue. We were very disappointed that the host never communicated this to us or clearly stated in the listing that the pool was not operational. The listing stated "you can also walk to your shared pool right from your Windsor Hill condo". This is a big deal, as we then had to spend $20 a day per person to use the pool at the athletic center.”
