“We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights in Darryl's spotless, comfortable, spacious apartment. It's located on a quiet side street but an easy walk to everything Portsmouth has to offer--including groceries, wine, shopping, restaurants, parks, historic sites, and spas. We are both in our 60s, not particularly athletic, and we did not need a car at all. While there isn't much of a view from the back porch or the upper deck, while drinking coffee out there in the morning, the smell of goods from two nearby bakeries is intoxicating. Darryl was a thoughtful, flexible, and generous host. We will definitely stay with him again next time we're in town.”

“This is an amazing 1 bedroom apartment right in the middle of it all in Portsmouth. You can’t be any more walkable to everything and having the parking spot in the back of the place was really convenient. Air conditioning worked great and the place was spotless. Darryl was very responsive to all our concerns and questions. The bedroom being in the back of the first floor apartment is key. On the nice warm May Saturday night we were there when UNH graduated that weekend, there was a lot of foot traffic outside late. But the other nights were very peaceful. All around a great place!”

“We’re so happy we chose Darryl’s beautiful place for our eight-day stay in Portsmouth! It had everything we needed—a cozy, comfortable, updated home away from home, complete with a full-size washer and dryer, a stocked kitchen, a comfy bed, and a great parking space in the back. The downtown location was very walkable to all the sights and restaurants we wanted to explore. Our host, Darryl, was very responsive to any questions we had, and he even gave us great restaurant recommendations for our 15th wedding anniversary dinner. And while we had a few full days of rainfall, we found ourselves with plenty to do, even if we stayed in. All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and we’ll definitely be back when we visit Portsmouth again. Thank you, Darryl!”
