“A great home base for the NH lakes region with so much to do. We were within a few minutes walk from the beautiful lake and so many activities nearby or just to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting. The twin bedroom in the basement was not the best for my kids and only had fans but we made the arrangements work. They loved the game room and we made full use of the home which was well stocked with plenty of clean towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies and fresh linens. The beds were all VERY comfortable with soft sheets! The kayaks available for a paddle on the lake was amazing. This was a fabulous home and even better than the photos. Darryl was also very responsive to any questions.”

“My family enjoyed our stay here! The use of the private, shared beach space was ideal for our toddler and much enjoyed! We appreciated how much quieter it is here than when we’ve stayed on winnipesaukee. It’s also centrally located to many hiking options around winnipesaukee, squam, squam nature center and castle in the clouds. My family did everything from hikes, boat rides, trips around winnipesaukee to other towns, tried local foods, to cookouts. My siblings also liked chamberlain Reynolds beach cove hike. Great location for a large family or friend stay.”

“The home was exactly as listed. The area is beautiful and it’s just a 5min walk down to the water. We loved taking out the 2 kayaks! There was an issue with one of the toilet tanks, but Darryl was able to get someone out the next day to fix it and then everything went really smoothly. We would definitely stay again!”
