“This was the perfect stay if you’re searching for the ultimate lake experience. The home was extremely clean and accommodating for a family while being steps away from the water and fire pit. You’re not more than 8 minutes from the life of downtown Meredith but the location makes you feel very secluded on the lake (in a good way). Highly recommend this location and host!”

“A lovely cottage, well equipped kitchen which we enjoyed, we had. lovely stay. However, disappointed to find washing machine and dryer that featured in all the photos was unavailable (though on review see it was not listed - but still if in all the photos would assume it was). Also disappointed that our request for early check in was refused given it was not booked days prior. Reading other comments I also think listing should be updated to state that cottage is in a complex with close neighbours, we went in middle of winter so didn't bother us but mid summer would be very different when you want to be outside a lot! Having stayed in several Airbnb's on our recent US trip it was very noticeable that the ones managed by actual owners not corporate companies were much more appealing and accommodating.”

“Just as depicted in listing. Very quiet and with the exception of needing some extra cleaning it was a pleasant stay. Do wish it had a washer/dryer, especially since it is so remote. Would stay here again”
