“The views of this house were amazing and the home itself was beautiful and well kept but unfortunately the hot tub was broken for the entirety of our stay and the communication was awful with the management company. We were told the hot tub would come out to look at it one day and they never showed. Was also promised a refund of some sort for the loss of amenity and that never happened either. Disappointing but the house itself was gorgeous.”
