“Great place and location for the price”

“***BEWARE OF THE FINE PRINT AND READ ENTIRE LISTING BEFORE BOOKING**** I don’t know if it’s because our group was the first renter of the season but this home and Vacasa NH were a nightmare from beginning to end. All the windows had spiderwebs on them and hadn’t been opened or used in months, which of course led to actual spiders crawling into the home in every window that we had to get rid of. The toilet was broken and after my son temporarily fixed it, instead of being like “hey we will send someone out to fix the part” these people literally sent us a “do it yourself fix it guide” to their own property All of this would have been overlooked if not for the fine print of the listing which to this day STILL includes glamorous pictures of the Samoset pool. Which well…isn’t open for the entire summer and is a giant hole in the ground during construction. On top of that, you’ll have to scroll to the end of the listing to figure out that you have to check out at 10AM. Ridiculous.”

“Nice stay”

“Nice place surrounded by woods and trees. Does have neighbors but definitely a cabin in the woods feeling which is nice. Clean place that has plenty of room for a family or 2. Has full kitchen and laundry stocked with dishes and utensils. Has a nice deck on the front to eat outside and grill. The sauna out back was a nice treat as well. The house was clean and you can tell it is well cared for. I would stay there again!”

“This cabin was so nice! We loved that the backdrop was Gunstock Mountain and that it was so close to the mountain for our snowmobile races that weekend. Our dog loved the yard for playing with his balls and frisbee too! The beds were incredibly comfy and it was so peaceful and quiet. The washer and dryer were nice to have to wash and dry our gear after gear got wet at the mountain due to the melting snow. We would love to stay here again when we race there next year.”
