StripViewSuites's guest rating in Nevada of 4.80 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. The property has tons of potential but needs TLC. Nice location for shopping and restaurants. The floor plan is open and spacious and the home had everything you needed. Plenty of seating outside around the pool and the yard is decorated nicely. I was disappointed that the tub and shower in the primary suite was out of order, in addition the WiFi did not work while I was there. Lastly, the AC doesn’t cool well on very hot days. The host was communicative and supportive but neither was repaired during my stay. We were able to reach an amicable resolution at the end of my stay. Despite the issues, I recommend staying here while in Vegas.

I booked this property back in April for a June stay. nowhere was it communicated in April when I booked that the AC would not be working for two months. $2200 with no AC in the middle of the summer and the temperature was well over 100° daytime/night. The host attempted to fix the situation but the fix was 2 fans that only blew out hot heat and a floor ac unit that only used water which made the room hotter than it was.

We were very disappointed to get a notice about a noise restriction after the time had passed to recive a full refund and book somewhere else. I understand quiet hours and am completely on board with that, but to make it more frustrating we received another notification that if the noise outside exceeds a decibal level of 60, we could be charged $1000 and asked to vacate the property. Upon arrival, the housekeeping stayed there until 5pm, and the pool and backyard were trashed, with popped balloons everywhere and sticky juice, food, and discarded clothing left behind. The host was responsive and cleaned the pool but the clothing and sticky mess on the patio was not addressed during our stay. The home was lovely and adequate with the space we needed, but we would not likely stay here again.

Overall it was a good stay. We did not think the walk to the strip was bad at all. I saw several reviews indicating it was too far but we liked being a little bit off the main drag. Our main issue was check in. MGM did a tech upgrade and the reservations that were sent from StripView Suites were lost with no timetable as to when it would be fixed. When we contacted StipView Suites all they kept saying was “it’s out of our hands” and “nothing we can do” which may have been true but it did not feel very helpful. The front desk staff continued to say they were waiting to hear from StripView so it was like it was on a repeating loop. Finally at 7:30 pm at night we were given our keys. My biggest complaint was that there was not an apology from either group nor any offering of anything to make up for the issue. Once we got in, the visit was great and we had a good time. No problems with the actual rooms. I guess I might think twice before doing this type of reservation again
