We were very disappointed to get a notice about a noise restriction after the time had passed to recive a full refund and book somewhere else. I understand quiet hours and am completely on board with that, but to make it more frustrating we received another notification that if the noise outside exceeds a decibal level of 60, we could be charged $1000 and asked to vacate the property. Upon arrival, the housekeeping stayed there until 5pm, and the pool and backyard were trashed, with popped balloons everywhere and sticky juice, food, and discarded clothing left behind. The host was responsive and cleaned the pool but the clothing and sticky mess on the patio was not addressed during our stay. The home was lovely and adequate with the space we needed, but we would not likely stay here again.

Overall it was a good stay. We did not think the walk to the strip was bad at all. I saw several reviews indicating it was too far but we liked being a little bit off the main drag. Our main issue was check in. MGM did a tech upgrade and the reservations that were sent from StripView Suites were lost with no timetable as to when it would be fixed. When we contacted StipView Suites all they kept saying was “it’s out of our hands” and “nothing we can do” which may have been true but it did not feel very helpful. The front desk staff continued to say they were waiting to hear from StripView so it was like it was on a repeating loop. Finally at 7:30 pm at night we were given our keys. My biggest complaint was that there was not an apology from either group nor any offering of anything to make up for the issue. Once we got in, the visit was great and we had a good time. No problems with the actual rooms. I guess I might think twice before doing this type of reservation again

Booking with SVS was easy and quick. The price was a great deal and it was much appreciated. Room was clean, amenities were sufficient for the length of stay and it was a perfect end to a long weekend. Thank you.

I would definitely book this room again. Everything from the stay to the very responsive host made this stay all worth it. We ran into a bit of trouble with the reservation name when checking in but the host made it very easy to contact them and helped us fix the issue right away. I would recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great views.

Great place! So close to the strip but very peaceful as well. Gate guarded with free parking the valet was great! Will definitely stay at again. One of our favorite places in Vegas!!

The host will communicate at their convenience and does not take responsibility for to condition of the unit. It’s poorly maintained. From shredded curtains, the a peeling bed-frame, to appliances that do not function, they took zero accountability for the state of the unit. Then when asked for compensation, they offered a small percent of one nights stay of the 6 days I was a guest. While the Palms staff tried their best to make my stay as pleasant as possible, they were unable to fix most of the things wrong as it had to be approved by the host. I’m guessing since the bed-frame issue appears in previous reviews, this host does not feel the need to fix these things. If you are looking for a place off the Strip but convenient to get back and forth, consider booking through Palms Place directly. The staff there is top notch and their units are properly maintained.

The location was good, the people at the front desk, valet and bell desk were very nice and helpful. We paid $45 to check in early but unfortunately when we walked into the room it hadn't appeared to have been cleaned from the last tenants. We notified the host and their response was "thank you for notifying us, this is not up to our standards" but that was the extent of the conversation, no attempt to rectify this was made. After our own cleaning session we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The views are nice, the location is convenient and having access to the amenities at no extra charge was a nice bonus. Decent place just needs some deep cleaning.

The house was large enough to comfortably sleep our 8 adults & 4 kids. The location was perfect being across from a park, playground, and green space. The kids loved being able to walk across the quiet road to play. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean with plenty of pillows. It was convenient to have access to the washer/dryer, and a full kitchen. The movie room was amazing for family movie nights. In February, it was too cold to swim, since the pool heater was not working / not an option. The house is "well loved". Don't expect to check in even a minute early unless you want to pay $100-$150. We were told that the house was "still being prepared" at 3:15pm (45 min early for our 4pm check-in), although we were at the park across from the house already and nobody was there. We would have preferred for it to still being cleaned, as when we went in, we found carpets with kid stickers, hair on the floor of the bathrooms, dirt / dust near the couch, & peeling stairs.

The home itself was pristine, clean and well-maintained Unfortunately, our stay did not begin on a positive note. Upon arrival, we were unable to access the property using the code provided (incorrect), which left us outside the home unsure of how to proceed. After traveling and looking forward to settling in, this was both stressful and inconvenient. The listing indicated 24/7 support; however, we did not receive timely assistance during this situation. While we understand that unexpected issues can happen, clear communication and prompt support are especially important when guests are trying to access the property for the first time. The delay significantly impacted the start of our stay and affected our overall sense of security and comfort. We share this feedback respectfully and in hopes that future guests will have a smoother check-in experience. Reliable access and responsive communication are essential, and we encourage improvements in those areas.
