“Wonderful home in a beautiful location nestled between two ski lifts on Heavenly. Thank you!”

“Unit: - not ski out; even if snow conditions were different, absolutely not possible to ski out. - Layout is terrible. Have to walk to back to take ski boots off. Tv is mounted under the bar; light switches are in weird spots for the lights they control. - Kitchen: old/expired food left in cabinets; teflon pan unusable due to wear (unsafe to use). Very little kitchen bowls or other normal cooking items making it difficult to prepare meals - WiFi is terrible; while the description notated this, it’s borderline not usable. I’ve been to other Airbnb’s in Lake Tahoe and didn’t have this issue. - unit is poorly insulated; heater comes on every few min and there’s nearly a 10 degree difference between set temp and actual temp; upstairs baseboard heat doesn’t work - Upstairs faucet leaked; had to turn cold water hose connection off - Great view! - Don't rely on Heavenly shuttle service as it's never on-time, rude staff, and simply put, terrible! Get a rental car!!”

“Great location - steps from the shuttle to Heavenly which is only about 5 mins drive. Beautiful views of the lake and mountains. Disappointed that there wasn't actually a 3rd bed (supposed to be a sofa bed, but if was just a sofa), and that the hot tub did not actually exist (possibly non-functional was what they had said, but there literally wasn't one). Also the blinds were broken in most of the rooms, and did not actually block out street lights.”

“The host is nice, although there is little friction when checking in. The host is responsive to solve the problem. The smart lock is just not working and we need to use the one key for all the group for the wjolw stay. The WiFi is very slow… The location is good, the resort shuttle just right outside of the building. The space is a little bit small than it looks in the picture but the over condition is clean and good. Can’t ask for more than this as a skiing trip”
