“The electronic lock stopped working after 2 days and I was unable to lock the apartment. each day I contacted them and they said it would be fixed that day and it was never fixed. I spent each day carrying around half of my stuff so that it wouldn't get stolen, while also trying to hide stuff in the apartment because I couldn't lock it and I couldn't carry it all with me. It was a horrible stay.”

“This really could be a nice unit if it were thoroughly cleaned and better appointed. Couch should be cleaned. Rug in living room should be cleaned. New pans and dishes (they’re pretty worn). Rug in bedroom and closet either repaired and cleaned or removed and flooring put in as in rest of unit. Dryer very noisy. Smell in unit. Requested partial refund from host for our inconvenience and still haven’t heard back. Spent a lot of time messaging back and forth and that should not have occurred. We would like to consider this for future visits to the area but again would depend if partial reimbursement granted and if deficiencies are corrected. It really seems too much money for what we experienced. We paid around $4300 for two weeks and two days. Positive for responsiveness. Host ordered swiffer/pads and scented spray for cleaning/smell. But I had to clean. New outdoor cushions as existing cushions very dirty. Had maintenance fix washer. New coffee pot when existing one stopped working.”
