“This location was great! Beautiful sunrise/sunsets from the balcony. We enjoyed walking the path around the marina. The furniture could use a good cleaning. It would be nice to have had a throw blanket on the sofas. There is NO television in either bedroom so that was a bummer. I loved the app for check in and home instructions! Overall good stay maybe a bit over priced but it seems Reno in general was expensive.”

“This place is gorgeous! It’s super conveniently located, right next to the casinos. The rooms were really comfortable, but I have one small suggestion. I think the rooms could use some blinds. The outside lights come in so bright that it’s hard to sleep.”

“The electronic lock stopped working after 2 days and I was unable to lock the apartment. each day I contacted them and they said it would be fixed that day and it was never fixed. I spent each day carrying around half of my stuff so that it wouldn't get stolen, while also trying to hide stuff in the apartment because I couldn't lock it and I couldn't carry it all with me. It was a horrible stay.”

“This really could be a nice unit if it were thoroughly cleaned and better appointed. Couch should be cleaned. Rug in living room should be cleaned. New pans and dishes (they’re pretty worn). Rug in bedroom and closet either repaired and cleaned or removed and flooring put in as in rest of unit. Dryer very noisy. Smell in unit. Requested partial refund from host for our inconvenience and still haven’t heard back. Spent a lot of time messaging back and forth and that should not have occurred. We would like to consider this for future visits to the area but again would depend if partial reimbursement granted and if deficiencies are corrected. It really seems too much money for what we experienced. We paid around $4300 for two weeks and two days. Positive for responsiveness. Host ordered swiffer/pads and scented spray for cleaning/smell. But I had to clean. New outdoor cushions as existing cushions very dirty. Had maintenance fix washer. New coffee pot when existing one stopped working.”

“The place was great. it was comfortable and clean. It was a great place to relax. I liked that it had 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. I was challenged with the AI as it did not always understand. Also I did not like having to click a link to get the unlock code. Overall it is a great place to stay.”

“The house is lovely, great little find. The management team is awful. Drove up to overflowing outside trash bin, garbage all over the floor inside the house, dirty fridge. The spa was not maintained, lots of hair and debris inside and smelt like mildew. Requested it to be serviced, they sent a handy man who did his best. We came back to the place with an alarm going off, requested a phone call for help, got a message response nearly 20 minutes later. The handy man showed up to maintenance the spa and I ran out there and asked if he was familiar with the house, he was, so I asked him to check out the alarm. Property states they can house 8 but there are only 4 forks, spoons and knives. The bunk bed has duct tape holding the top bunk under supports together. We got hit with a snow storm and had to stay an extra day, requested an extension and the price was note what was quoted. I would recommend the home owner finds a new management company. Also, all my other reviews are great…”

“I would have given LussoStay a 5 at first. The condo was beautiful. When I pulled the sofa out to a bed the bedding was full of popcorn, candy & dirt. We had brought our own bed topper so we stripped the condo bedding & replaced it.The dishwasher top rack fell off the frame the next morning.We caught the rake before all the dishes broke.We messaged the host about the dishwasher. Later in the day they messaged telling us it was fixed. We walked into the condo & the rack and frame piece was still sitting on the counter. I messaged back to tell them the repair people did NOT fix it. The repair was scheduled AFTER we vacated so we had to do the dishes by hand. We extended our stay one night due to weather then booked directly with LussoStay for the next condo. We paid for early checkin. Housekeepers had just arrived when we were supposed to check in. We sat in the hallway for an hour. LussoStay refunded a portion of the early check in money. In this condo, dishwasher was also broken.”
