“I want to start by saying I love the property and it is my favorite place to stay in Vegas. However, this time I stay was not as pleasant as it normally is. For starters, there were construction going on my house, nor the hotel knew about it they came up with a resolution after I literally had to call to speak to the manager of the hotel to let them know that we were not able to access our property for over one hour. I was not compensated. I asked for them to switch my rooms to a different tower, which they did and I was appreciative for that the floor I stayed on, had a nasty stinky smell, which I complained about which also lingered into the room. The bathtub was not as clean as I would like it. I was disappointed in the room and view as well. But overall I had a ok stay.”

“Stayed at the MGM Signature for EDC and it was absolutely fantastic and truly enjoyed staying there. We had a Jacuzzi tub that was excellent after the festival each day! The room was very clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the hotel amenities including the pool and fitness center. The hosts kept checking on us throughout the stay and accommodated early check in easily as well. The parking is valet only and upon arrival the bell service is very easy to request and staff is very helpful.”

“Viajamos en familia con dos niñas y disfrutaron Las Vegas y todos los servicios que el alojamiento ofreció, con la calidad de hotel. La habitación es muy cómoda, espaciosa y tiene todo lo que se necesita, incluso electrodomésticos pequeños que permitieron resolver muchas comidas. Muy limpio y lujoso. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la ducha pero encontraron la forma de resolver la situación a la brevedad. Lo volveríamos a elegir dado que se encuentra en la zona central del strip y con fácil acceso a los medios de transporte disponibles en Las Vegas. Recomendamos!!!”
