Livily
4.70Visit website
Livily's guest rating of 4.70 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“It was a good place to stay besides the fact that we had to clean the pool when we arrived. It was dirty full of bugs. The place needed a little cleaning, but besides that it was good.”airbnb

“Was initially hesitant to book because there were no reviews but the condo, property, and location were amazing. I think the reason for limited reviews is because Livily just recently became the property manager for this unit. All the signs in unit are from a previous property management company, and they did not know some basic things about the property when I asked questions. That being said, don’t let that deter you. It was a great place and we would stay again without hesitation!”airbnb

“Encontré que otras habitaciones no te cobran el resort Fee, sentí que fueron demasiados cargos”airbnb

“Wrong Tower number was provided in listing, but great location nonetheless. At check-in , they told me that the suite is located in Tower B or Tower 2, not Tower A or Tower 1.”airbnb

“I stay at the signature suites every year & I love it. But using livily was the worst experience of an airnnb service. Add on a $55 per night resort fee to your total even though they won’t include it in your up front posted cost & it’ll be hidden in “what to expect” or “house rules”, & air b n b’s aren’t even supposed to charge resort fees. The hotel itself has a 1 time charge of $30 for resort fees. We asked for extra toilette paper & towels & extra bedding for the sofa AHEAD of time. Then when we ran out of TP after 5 hours of waiting for a response, they said they no problem. 11 hrs later no TP. No one came. When we needed more large towels they wanted $30 for the set. And all communication is from the most polite Ai bot who is very “understanding” but does absolutely zero for you. It’s a giant middle finger to guests. Then after you tell them you’ve had the worst stay, the nice robot asks if you want to spend more $ w/ a 25% discount to extend your stay. Hilarious.”airbnb

“They charged $250 security deposit and it’s been almost a week and it has not been returned to my bank. There was an option to pay $65 to waive the fee but there was no mention of these fees in the listing. Be expected to pay an additional $41 for parking each day, there is zero parking in the area that is free.”airbnb

“Awful and unsafe stay. The place was dirty on arrival, with food left out and urine in the bathroom. Furniture was scattered and poorly maintained, and the pullout couch had mysterious brown stains. The kitchen sink would not drain. The area was extremely loud and made it hard to feel comfortable. Communication was terrible, staff took days to respond if at all. It took over nine hours just to get access to the property, and even Airbnb support had to step in to contact the owners. There was no hot water for a week and a half and no compensation was offered. I stayed over a month, so I had to deal with these issues for far too long. Overall, a frustrating and unacceptable experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone.”airbnb

“Thought maybe we could check in early but that wasn't possible once we arrived. There was an odor in the room when we went to go take out the pullout bed. There were pee and shit stains on the mattress contact them and they said they cannot replace it unless we give them more money. All they told us was they can bring extra sheets.”airbnb

Szerencsére gyorsan megoldották a helyzetet.”airbnb
