“Loved the stay! The location was perfect, the view was perfect, the accommodations were mostly perfect. Our biggest complaints was we couldn’t find the place. The number eight in the address was not on the listing. We struggled to find the place. And we did not know it was three flights of stairs to get up to the main living area. There needs to be an emphasis on the number eight and the number of stairs. Other than that, we enjoyed the stay.”

“Disappointing stay despite a good location. We had significant issues during our stay. The biggest problem was the shower. The showerhead produced extremely sharp, painful streams of water against the skin. This was not a water-pressure preference—the spray pattern itself made the shower extremely uncomfortable and effectively unusable for three days. We reported it to the host the very next day. We were traveling with our 7-year-old and 2-year-old and had beach days during our stay. Not being able to properly shower afterward was a significant hygiene and comfort issue for our family. The Wi-Fi also stopped working and disrupted our work meetings. We followed the troubleshooting instructions provided, but it remained unresolved. We ultimately had to involve Airbnb to resolve the situation. The location itself was good, but a usable shower and reliable Wi-Fi are basic expectations, especially for a family staying several nights. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again”

“Great place to stay when visiting Incline Village. Good restaurants are close by, lots of activities only a short drive or bus ride away. Location is quiet and has everything you’d need for a stay close by. The unit is part of older construction but has been remodeled.”
