Suitable for our needs. But would not recommend renting from someone you cannot get a hold of at all. It appears they’re in another country, and they don’t have any support communication for the customers that are here in the States Instead of being able to clarify with the host on certain things, I get the (Neighbor) pounding at the door at midnight despite messaging and waiting on hold for 30 minutes with Avari Not to mention, the home was extremely dirty, with lots of broken items and stains.

Aloha, Our stay was great. The unit was beautiful and a great place to relax after lots of activities in Incline Village. Close proximity to sledding, skiing, kayaking and mountain biking. Our ‘ohana had a fantastic time. We would highly recommend this place for a stay in Lake Tahoe! Mahalo

Everything was as described. Location was excellent. Bed could be a bit firmer. Our only major downside during our stay was the Carbon Monoxide alarm going off. Someone was sent over to take a look, but all they really did was check the batteries on the alarms but didn't check for any gas leaks or anything. They literally just said to call them back if the alarms goes off again. Its very alarming to think that a carbon monoxide leak is possible in the house, so we had to keep some of the windows open (during 20-30 degrees weather) when we went to sleep just to feel safe. Luckily, this happened on the last night of our stay.
