“Charming house and backyard with beautiful view from the back porch in a wonderful location. There were several inaccuracies in the listing, including that there is no portable AC (it was in the 80s during our stay) and we were told the day of check in that we could not enter until 4p when the listing indicated 3p. The initial access codes provided were also not correct. However, the team was apologetic, provided multiple fans, and responded quickly with new codes. Our family would stay again.”

“The house itself is amazing. The views are breathtaking. There was plenty of space for us, traveling with two teens and my 72-year-old mother. Great location. Very clean and well stocked. However, the management company is terrible. We had a very stressful check-in process. Long story short, we were told the unit was double booked, and we had nowhere to stay. Thankfully, it all got worked out and we were able to get into the house about an hour and 20 minutes late. No apology or explantation offered. A lot of miscommunication between Sara (on the Airbnb app) and Julio (local person who was texting me) continued throughout our stay. It’s as if no one is communicating within their management team. I would definitely stay here again, though, if I was basing it solely on the house. Sidenote – there are beach towels available in the house. Even though I was told there were none when I asked management before arrival. Also, you do have to go down a staircase to get to the hot tub.”

“The view is beautiful- the place needs some work . Lights were not working , the house lacks air conditioning in 14/15 rooms , no baking pans - picked over kitchen utensils -internet is slow and railing on decks is dangerously loose .”
