Stay Montana in Whitefish, Montana

“Our flights were unfortunately delayed so we did not arrive to our Airbnb until a day late. We arrived at the Airbnb at 2pm, all bathrooms had dirty towels piled up in the floor, and every bedroom had dirty linens piled in the floor. It was clear nothing had been cleaned prior to our arrival. The host was contacted and we were luckily able to get the cleaning ladies to clean house 2hrs after I initially called the host. We had dinner reservations at 6pm that no one could get ready for because there were no clean towels. This experience was very stressful considering they had a day and a half to clean the property. I was also getting married the next day and pictures were going to be taken at this Airbnb.”

“The lake is beautiful and there is a nice area to go and enjoy it would be really helpful to have kayak or paddle board available. Inside space is nice but we found the cleaning wasn’t great. The are two decks but they are not cleaned or maintained so the porch furniture really wasn’t very appealing to sit in. Our kids were super excited for the pool and our one day around to use it was closed and it also closed really early. The massage chair was a nice addition.”

“Perfect location, easy walk to shops and restaurants. Unit was nicely decorated and kitchen was well stocked . Unit was as shown in pictures. Not the kitchen, living area, and bedrooms other than the master are quite small but OK if you aren't spending much time there. Instructions for checkout were not easy to find, initial text mentioned QR code but none provided and nothing in unit, when I texted to ask I got a chatbot message saying it was check out day but it wasn't . Was corrected and turned out fine just took some back and forth. Overall a nice stay.”

“The house is a little small-we had 5 people. Had a little trouble getting in. We didn’t realize code we were given didn’t open the electronic lock on the front door but needed to find the lock box. Finally got that figured out after about 5 minutes. House was well stocked for dishes, glasses and pots and pans. I can see how it would be a great place to stay for sking. Would definitely recommend.”
