“Terrible place to stay neighbors threatened to shoot us”

“We cannot say enough good things about our stay. It was totally awesome! The home and all of the amenities were perfect and exactly what was promised. Responsiveness from Stay Montana was superb. The neighborhood makes us want to buy a place. We truly enjoyed our entire stay and were sad to leave. Easy to get around, great trail system, downtown accessible , house was so well stocked with everything you will need, clean, safe, and relaxing. If you have to opportunity to enjoy this gem, we would highly recommend . Thanks for a great time!”

“We were a family of grandparents parents and 5 small children. For our 4 day stay we never left the place except maybe To venture out on a hike in the area. There was plenty to do at the house. The hot tub was great and you couldn’t have beaten the views. The kitchen had everything we needed and the kids enjoyed the outdoors and games. It was great that there were so many bathrooms for that many people. It was very clean and the yard was well kept. We hope to rent again. Thank you for a pleasant experience.”

“Hit the nail on the head! Stay Montana couldn’t have done better for a quick trip. Kitchen was fully stocked for my crazy culinary concoction nights, had many seasonings, and everything in between. We were so cozy and “at home” for being away in a new place. Any questions or concerns we had, The Host was responding in 15 minutes or less sometimes. I had an expectation of going to get less than what was described in the guide as a norm for Airbnb listings, but they went above and beyond it seems. I highly recommend, and I will be back in the future! Thank you Stay Montana!!!!”

“We checked in late at night and went to bed immediately, planning an early start to hit the mountain the next day. Overnight and into the morning we all suffered a bad allergy and asthma attack. Only after returning to the condo did we discover the reason: visible DUST, DIRT, and dead BUGS accumulated on surfaces in every room and bathrooms. I sent 10 videos to Stay Montana management, but we were unable to reach an agreement. I reached out to Airbnb. They reviewed the evidence, and gave us a substantial refund per their cleanliness policy. I hope Stay Montana is able to retain suitable cleaning service moving forward, I hate to leave a bad review but I feel obligated to be honest. Also, the main mattress felt like it was 20 years old — very worn and uncomfortable. The views are beautiful and the condo has nice potential, but these issues really affected our stay. I wish we could attach videos to this review.”
