“Lovely location and easy access to fun activities!”

“The place met our basic needs for sleeping and cooking, but several amenities need attention. The dishwasher didn't clean well, and the ceiling fans were either broken or very loud. With limited surface space for portable fans, keeping cool during warm weather was tricky. Furthermore, we had no T-Mobile mobile reception and the Wi-Fi was patchy, which made trip planning difficult.”

“We saw a mouse in the house and had to cut it stay short. Please avoid this place. Place was dirty, uncleaned carpet, broken shower head, broken light switch, fan switches not working. Overall place needs lot of maintenance. All kitchen pots and pans are unusable and nonstick pans were scratched.”

“It was a roof over our heads and a bed to sleep in, but for the price we expected more. We all agreed we would have preferred staying in a hotel, less expensive/better value. The biggest issue was the condition of the property. There were stains on the carpet, walls, and dining chairs. The refrigerator's water dispenser leaked, there was visible floor damage underneath it. The drip tray was full of brown sludge. The refrigerator had a broken handle, shelves. The grill was filthy and partially broken. Several electrical outlets didn't work, and weren't secured to the wall. The kitchen wasn't well equipped for a house that sleeps 10. There was a set of dishes and silverware, but limited kitchen essentials. The home accommodates up to 10 guests, and we had 9, but only 8 bath towels were provided. We also only received two dishwasher pods for a four-night stay. The primary bedroom has a very large window with no curtains/blinds, and during the summer it’s only dark from about 10p-5a.”

“Nice location, but you are by another property and need to be careful where you walk as the sidewalk is owned by other property. There were no instructions on how to get into the pool area and that there was a beach area for the place we were in. We were walked by security to the proper beach once we realized we were on the other properties sidewalk.”
