“beautiful views great stay”

“This unit is severely neglected. When we arrived our parking lot was blocked off with a sign informing us new roofing was being installed in the entire complex. We had to park down the hill in another area and carry our luggage, groceries and we had two elderly family members with us. The roofing lasted our 4 days and was very noisy. We wish we would have been notified and given the opportunity to book elsewhere. The day we arrived I was notified the upstairs toilet was turned off due to a leak and a plumber would arrive the next day. In addition we found other plumbing issues; kitchen sink faucet comes right off, downstairs toilet was leaking into bedroom, upstairs shower faucet sprays everywhere. In addition, the shower curtains were moldy, holes in the walls, the bathroom sink drawer came apart when opening, and the dishwasher rack was broken. On our last day our unit lock would not work. We waited outside for 40 minutes before someone arrived and their keys did not work either.”

“We had a great time! Came for a short weekend trip of skiing at Big Sky. Super close to the resort and the downtown area. Beautiful spot, quiet, and plenty of room for us and our ski stuff!”

“The place was perfectly positioned for skiing. The views are terrific. It is a short walk to the lift and plenty of room when you come back to take off your gear and store for the next day. Everything was clean and plenty of supplies. The only thing I would say is a slight knock is the kitchen equipment could use a refresh. Otherwise a great place with a responsive host.”
