“The place was clean and location was nice with a great view of part of the lake. The deck with outside seating was a great feature. Very dated home, but it was clean. A/C unit couldn’t keep the house cool when it was 90 outside. Thermostat set to 70 but became 78 on the main level at one point in late afternoon. Upstairs was super hot so we didn’t use that part of the house at all. Basement stayed cool. House sits right on the lake, but kind of a steep and slippery walk to access the water. Area felt safe and friendly. Pickleball court was playable. We didn’t use other features of the property. I would stay here again.”
