“Honestly super nice place but nothing was clean. Toilets had rings around them,place had bugs flying everywhere, and everything was dusty. Locks were broken so it would lock us out randomly. Hot tub was nice and upgraded but dirty”

“I would give this property 0 stars if I could. We arrived to find the Airbnb was not clean. The host initially responded quickly but then stopped responding for over two hours. The cleaners didn't arrive until around 5:00 PM, and after they left, they forgot to provide blankets and towels. We didn't receive those until 9:45 PM, making our first evening very inconvenient. The host agreed to refund our early check-in fee and cleaning fee because of these issues, but neither refund has been provided. The listing was also misleading. It shows a grill but doesn't mention guests must provide propane, and the tank was empty when we tried to use it. It also states check-in is at 3:00 PM, but after booking we were told it was actually 4:00 PM. There is also a fire pit, yet bonfires aren't allowed. Overall, the poor cleanliness, lack of communication, misleading listing, and failure to honor promised refunds made this a very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this property.”
