“We had a great time at this home with a swim dock. The home looked recently renovated and decorated, was clean, and the dock was in a great area…. Neighboring docks were not super close, and it was neither on the main channel - nor was it in a crowded, shallow cove. We swam off the dock every day, and it was just perfect. There was isome difficulty getting in to the home. The auto-lock instructions were not as precise as they needed to be, and we couldn’t get it to work. “Tia” seemed to be an AI generated messaging service - so after bothering with that unhelpful chat, we found a phone number to call - they said they would call us back. The upshot is we had to wait 45-60 minutes before being able to enter. There were plenty of beach towels, which was great. There was a limited supply of just dishwasher detergent and toilet tissue, so be prepared to bring or purchase napkins/paper towels/laundry detergent/ziploc bags if you use those items. The Walmart is only 11 minutes away”

“Located far back off finished roads. A couple of abandoned or incomplete buildings. Very dark area, vegetation around the home has been mowed or cut looks like in years. It’s a probably a half a mile on a gravel road. Not good for lower profile cars like 2 seater sports cars.”

“The house was beautiful and very clean with everything you could want. We had our entire family there 13ppl total and everyone had a great time. I would recommend if you have a large group outlining where people can park especially if bringing a boat and need to park the trailer somewhere. The yard could use a little TLC. The neighbors have opinions and definitely share - something they should discuss with the owner/Airbnb not the individual renting the home on vacation. I would also recommend if work is being done on the property or dock receiving an advanced notice prior to their arrival would have been nice. As well as how long they plan to be there. The crew that did the work was very accommodating and super nice people. Overall we enjoyed the home and had an amazing time, there was something for everyone - we are all pretty easy going group and made it work. Thank you again for letting us stay!”
