“The overall stay at Lake of the Ozarks was satisfactory. The home was very spacious and comfortably accommodated a family of 14. However, several areas need improvement: • The house should be thoroughly cleaned before renters arrive. • Housekeepers were an hour late before check-in (compensation was provided). • The grill had excessive grease buildup, causing it to catch fire when used. • The patio deck was filled with spiders, some of which were found inside the home as well. • The refrigerator only slightly chilled items and did not get cold enough. • The pool sticks provided were not usable. Addressing these issues would enhance future guests' experiences.”

“This place was awesome. Plenty of space for our group of 20. The main room with vaulted ceilings can get very hot, but it is manageable. The kitchen utensils and cooking pans are minimal for a large group but we brought our own pans.”

“My friends and I really don’t have crazy expectations but this place was a disaster and caused us to problem solve the entire time. The electrical has serious issues- multiple outlets are legit melted and there were numerous wiring issues affecting lights, things not working, etc. Major Saftey concerns. The AC was half broken the entire weekend. The dock walkway was broken. Significant mold in one of the bathrooms, many things were broken- chairs, couch, small items and one of the shower doors. I tried communicating with them before and after our stay and they are unresponsive. Overall the place is completely misrepresenting what it is. The only good thing about it is the location but there are certainly better places to stay. Don’t rent this.”

“The place was nice but just a little hot on half of the building . Had a lot of room and space for guest . Nice view right off the lake . I would definitely revisit after jacuzzi and A/c is repaired.”
