“After checking in to this place we used the one bathroom and apparently the it leaked to the the unit below us and on top of that the owner had known about this leak for months and chose not to do anything about it according to the owners of the unit below. We were not only inconvenienced that night but the next day they came to fix the problem and were there for an hour. We did get comped a little but by the owner knowing about a problem that should have been fixed and you have people coming to stay, that does not look good. We have stayed in this Particular complex for the past 5 years now and i believe its time for a change due to the aging of the properties. We love the area.”

“place was nice and clean. hard to locate unit as its down and on the back side and not marked until you go around the corner of back deck and see unit number. pool was huge and well kept, putt course was fun for the whole family.”

“The studio unit had everything I needed. The bathroom/shower was very nice. The only thing I was disappointed about was parking. The spot in front of the unit was occupied by a golf cart and I had to find parking elsewhere.”

“It would have been a great stay except for a few things. There was a rather large crusty stain on the top cover. The air conditioner was noticeably moldy. Also it is one of those old floor air conditioners from like a motel 6. Not very powerful. There is sliding glass door to the deck. It only has blinds, really needs a curtain. There was a lot of light pollution at night. Hard to get to sleep.”

“Honestly, overall it was nice. They need to replace the towels or cleaning service. They were stained and gross. The floor was gross and made our feet/socks black. The cushions on the patio also need to be replaced, only one was able to he sat on. They were so gross and stained.”
