“If I could leave no stars I probably would. We paid a pretty fair amount, however when we showed up to the property nothing had been cleaned at all. 2 of the four beds were uncleaned and unwashed. The bathroom was left dirty and there were dirty towels left in many spots and we were unable to stay. I will say they were amazing with communication and very understanding and did give us a full refund which I was appreciative of.”
