“Had a great stay and we all were able to find the venue with ease. We did have a little trouble getting guests to get into Innsbrook and didn’t realize we needed to have them already on their guest list which we weren’t sure how to do but eventually we got them in. We also were a little upset to find out that we had access to a hot tub but the hot tub had no water in it. Besides those two the stay was great!”

“The house itself was clean and perfect. We have stayed here for 3 years now. The beach and waterfront area could use some maintenance and new sand to backfill the wash out. Even after contacting the property management company multiple times, we weren’t able to get additional sand for the beach, anyone to level out the existing sand or the pond weeds raked out of the swimming area in the 10 days we were there. Since I have stayed here multiple times before, I know the waterfront was in better condition previously under a different management company. The house is great and all amenities within the house are wonderful. I just wish the beach was kept up a little better.”
