“The location is great, and the hosts were responsive. However, there was far too much unnecessary information, making it difficult to find what we actually needed. Check-in was confusing, and having to sit through a timeshare conversation with a salesperson just to get a parking pass was frustrating. They also consistently text my phone with the same offer all weekend. While we loved the location and the cabin, it felt dated and not well maintained. It did not seem properly cleaned. there was dust, a musty smell, and hair in the shower. The coffee maker was also missing a coffee pot.”
