“I booked this Airbnb based on the positive reviews, particularly those mentioning cleanliness. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet those expectations at all. The sheets and pillows in all three bedrooms had a horrible odor, making it feel as though the bedding had not been properly cleaned or refreshed. The couch was extremely worn out and felt broken, and the decorative pillows on the couch were stained and smelled terrible as well. The floors were dirty, and there was crayon coloring on the walls. Overall, the cleanliness and condition of the property were disappointing and did not reflect the positive reviews that influenced my decision to book. Clean bedding, clean floors, and furniture in decent condition are basic expectations for an Airbnb. Unfortunately, we did not feel that these standards were met during our stay.”

“Beautiful location (down a very steep hill). Close to lake and Silver Dollar City (can see and hear the park from front door). Loved the walking area to lake and the hiking path. Has a little park near as well. Just a nice place to relax with family. Only thing I didn’t like was some of the boards on the deck need replaced, had a beautiful peaceful view. Other than that, everything was perfect and we had everything we needed.”

“Very thin walls and floors. We was on the bottom floor and got woke up two mornings in a row with what sounded like kids running back and forth. If you like to sleep past 6:00 a.m. I would suggest a top floor. The location was perfect. Master room is big and comfy. Other two rooms are pretty tight. Second bathroom pretty small. Had plenty of towels. No ice maker. Would stay again as long as we picked room 5 or 6 on the top floor. Did have one flight of stairs down to access room.”

“The pictures were accurate, however with the 2 different experiences without power, it felt more like camping than a relaxing stay. Advertised as as home, but felt like a hotel room, the kitchen was so much smaller in person. There was no seating area for food and the couch was placed awkwardly to actually see the TV. The TV is also so far from the bed you can't watch anything in bed. Most unfortunate was the grill hadn't been cleaned so we couldn't cook outdoors. The power went out on that night, so no wifi, power to cook, the hot tub wasn't very hot, no lighting. It was out for hours so our devices weren't charging for the next day. And then on the day of our checkout the power went out again. Another completly dark shower, uncharged devices, no wifi or ability to cook or use the microwave. Deeply inconvenient and expensive for us to go have alternative meals 2 times in a 2 night stay.”

“We go to Branson frequently and have stayed many places all shapes and sizes. We would put this particular rental in the middle. Clean, management company responsive, location good, especially if you are a golfer. (we are more SDC/Branson downtown people). Rooms were solid, a bit outdated in various areas but plenty of extra blankets and pillows! You can go out your back door, walk around the condo and go straight to the river which is nice and pass the playground on the way. Where we are holding 1 star is with internet. We had work meeting remotely and had no internet about 80% of our 3 day stay. So, for some this might hopefully be of zero concern if you are on vacation and have no need for this. We went back and forth with Grand Welcome and they gave it their best. Our saving grace was one particular Grand Welcome employee who lent us his direct connection to the router. He said the internet is just not great. Overall we would recommend if internet isn't a concern. Hope this helps.”
