Grand Welcome in Branson West, Missouri

“The Cozy Pine Cabin was beautiful. It is located in a gated community, and the people are just wonderful. On the day of our arrival, we were told through an email that the HOA required that we pay a $7/day parking. When we asked about the location of the cabin, they just told us to put it into our GPS to get there. When we got to the cabin, I had not taken the time to look for my entry code in all the emails I had received and my phone was dead. So, we could not get in. Finally, I pull out my computer to find the number to call to get some help. At first the lady told me that the code was in one of the emails I had received previously. There were a number of them and to find it was going to take some time. She finally agreed to give us the code and we got in. For a 74 yr. old, I will say you need to be in good shape for all the stairs to get in and then to get to the bedroom. Once in, we loved the cabin and our time there in Branson. Always do!”

“There were several things we loved, but could use some upgrades and attention. The beds were comfortable, the pillows could use an upgrade. We really appreciated how many kitchen accessories were provided. One of the main reasons we chose to stay here was because of all the baby gear that was included. Unfortunately, the highchair tray was broken on one side and wouldn’t latch properly. A few maintenance and cleanliness issues stood out during our stay. The front door wouldn’t stay shut unless it was locked, there were some cracks in the kitchen floor. There were also a few spots on the kitchen floor that sounded like you were gonna fall through. The upstairs bedroom door couldn’t close because the bed was in the way. Some of the walls had dirt or food marks, the floors were not mopped before our arrival. Our feet were black from walking around, and our crawling babies’ clothes became stained from the floors. We also found ants in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Overall it was nice.”

“Beautiful views, great pools, and a comfortable layout for families. Price matched the cabin. However, upkeep needs improvement. Overall, we did enjoy are stay here. Cabin was very beautiful for our family of 6. The children felt right at home and loved their wooden bunk bed.”

“Beautiful cabin that was quiet and relaxing! Well maintained and very clean. Plenty of space for our group and lots of activities at the house including games and puzzles. There are amenities available but we did not check those out. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of dishes which made it easy for cooking meals! The doors are a bit squeaky and the dishwasher will randomly start on its own while open but otherwise this was a great place for a short family vacation! The screened in porch was a great feature and very relaxing!”

“Very quiet and peaceful location. The beds were like sleeping on concrete especially the one attached to the bathroom with a washer and dryer. Very hard and cheap feeling mattresses. They don’t provide pool towels and neither does the pool so make sure to bring your own. The deck is super private but many of the chairs were so old and thread bare I was afraid we’d fall through. We’ve stayed in Stonegate a dozen times but wouldn’t choose this property again.”
