We loved our stay and the cottage! It was so peaceful and kind of tucked back, creek was a little low but started flowing with some rain. Really loved the feel and look of inside cabin. Only thing but owners cant help it is the road getting there needs some work 😬 otherwise we enjoyed our time, the views and all there is to do around there!

We really enjoyed our stay! It was super peaceful and loved how cute the place was! The hot tub is great! And having a pool was such a nice plus! My only hang up from giving a 5 star is when I booked the place it says it’s 30 minutes from Branson and it’s more like 40 minutes. I also felt like there were small things that would have been nice to have in the cabin such as a microwave and a dryer/washer. Over all we were very pleased with our stay!

The cottage was quite nice - small and cozy and very comfortable for the two of us. We did not spend a lot of time at the cottage, but it was very adequate for our purposes. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The area was pretty and quiet. My only complaint is the long access road to get to the cottage, which is about a mile of a highly rutted, pot-holed road. After you get past that part of the road, there is a residential area where the road is fine, but that stretch is just annoying. All total, you probably have a drive of about 3 miles (just guessing) from the main highway and all but the one stretch I refer to is nice.

We only stayed Friday to Sunday, but we were not expecting how FAR out of the way this place was located. We drove all the way to the location only to find out we had no service so far out in the woods. We had to drive back to the entrance of Thousand Hills to get phone service to pull up the instructions on how to get in to the airbnb. Being informed that there was no service and to have the entry directions saved would have been appreciated, especially after a tiring drive in. It wasn’t just way out of the way, but literally the closest place to eat is Branson, a 35 minute drive. We stopped at a burger joint on the corner fairly close, but it was just past 7 pm, and they said they were closed. I was not upset about that, because it did not look (or smell) like a place we would have enjoyed. We drove into Branson to eat a late dinner. When we returned to the cottage, it was late. We were very thankful it was a clean and tidy place. It was very tiny, but one of the cleanest places.
