“There were fake eyelashes on the night stand, bedding stunk like dirty feet, hair on floor, too much chlorine in hot tub. Front desk was terrible as far as helping or resolving issues. Couldn't speak to a manager, put on hold and transferred 4 times.”

“Overall, I’d recommend this place, but it could use a few improvements. The location at Tall Timbers was fantastic, and the amenities of the resort were top notch. Areas to work on: I’d recommend they get new cleaners. The floors were grimy - we had dirty feet within minutes of taking our shoes off. The countertops were also sticky, and surfaces had visible dust. There were dozens of flies inside the house when we arrived. It was so bad we eventually went to the store and got fly swatters and a bug zapper to try and combat it. The house lacked a few essentials, like tools for the grill (we had to use a fork to flip our hamburgers). None of the outdoor lighting worked, and the fire pit that was present in the listing photos wasn’t there.”

“I don’t think the price we paid was worth what we got. There was a very noticable mildew smell upon entering the cabin that was hard to get rid of. It made everything feel unclean. For being 35-40 minutes away from Branson, the kitchen severely lacked the cooking supplies one would need to prepare meals. There were very few utensils and cookware. For example, we had to make guacamole in a metal pot because there were no bowls. It is sandwiched inbetween two other houses. If you leave the living room blinds open, the neighbors could see you in the living room and possibly bathroom as well. I texted management on two different platforms asking where to take out trash since there is not a trash can on the property and received no reply. The hot tub was the only saving grace in my opinion. And unless I just overlooked something, there were only discounted tickets for 4 offered through them. No free tickets given. Only two of us went on this trip so it would not have been worth paying.”

“While the property itself met my expectations, I have significant concerns about the booking process. After booking through Airbnb, I was required to leave the platform to sign a contract and provide personal information on a third-party website. In nearly 10 years of using Airbnb, this was a first, and it felt invasive. I also no longer have access to the contract I signed. Afterward, the Airbnb message thread unexpectedly included 28 other people, which raised additional privacy concerns. Shortly after completing the third-party paperwork, I began receiving a flood of unsolicited text messages that appeared to be AI-generated travel and booking spam, something I have never experienced with any other Airbnb reservation. The hosts were courteous, but I believe guests should be informed before booking if off-platform contracts and personal information are required.”

“Was caught off guard when they refused an early check-in but thought it was fair since 4pm was advertised… however when we arrived at the location at 4pm and upon entry I walked into a spider web in the hallway I thought it was odd they couldn’t accommodate an early check-in. Worst part spiders were found in nearly every corner of every room… after killing and clearing approximately 8 spiders and their webs, we began taking photos and reported it thru the app. The representative was rude and didn’t even apologize for what we were experiencing. They said they would put in a maintenance request and didn’t provide any other follow up or info. Later that day I called and spoke with an individual that was a lot better and considerate. Unfortunately we had to sleep there for the night but the next morning pest control came by and then someone to came by to clean the webs. We felt better after that but still had to spend a night in place infested with spiders.”

“The house is beautiful with a great view. There is a lot of room. The location is nice. My biggest problem with the house was the cleanliness. The stairs going down were filthy. I know up to 22 people can stay in the house and I’m sure stains happen. What I could not get past is that at least two of the showers were not cleaned. Our shower had hair all in it. You could also see exactly where shampoo bottles had left rings. My son said his shower had hair in it also. I didn’t ask everyone else how clean theirs was, because I was trying not to make a big deal and ruin our trip. I looked for cleaner to clean our shower, but I couldn’t find any. Also the pots and pans really need to be upgraded. The biggest skillet has the coating coming off. We could not get either 12 cup coffee makers to work correctly. There is a kitchen aid mixer so that was nice. There is also plenty of room for people to eat. The balcony is great with a lot of room.”

“i would of loved to give this place 5 stars but from the bathtub not draining and it’s taking almost a full day for maintenance to come was the 1st issue. the bath tub was dirty, the ceiling was leaking water in the bathroom. they made it seem that the master bathroom would be in room - it was not. it’s in the hallway. the hot tub topper is rotting, hot tub area was completely dirty and gross all together. not enjoyable. hot tub also stopped working for whatever reason. the door was unlocked when we got there as well. following that the pools were gross, filters not working, oil, hair and tons of bugs sitting at the top. i personally cleaned the pool one day in hopes to use it but ended up not due to the gross amount oil sitting on top. volleyball, playgrounds and splash pad were not a thing either.”

“This place was pretty chill and cool, when we first got to the Airbnb we could not get in and I ended up calling the host multiple times no response and then about 30-40 min later I got a call saying the verification process was still processing and they have been busy because of the weekend, it was just something I did not want to happen after driving about 5 hours. Other than that it was pretty. The hot rob was good, a little small and low on water and the temperature was at 111 and it would not go down the first night, overall good but weird experience, have to check out the pool!!”

“We were never sent an entry code, figured it out on our own. Main deck tv did not work. Bar stools stained and dirty. Carpet on stairs stained and dirty. Main bedroom ceiling fan and light didn’t work. Darts for dart board need replaced, none were functional. Main deck cushions need replaced, dirty and stained.”

“This property is nice, in a small subdivision. The pool and pickleball courts were never too busy to use, but it did look to be about half full/booked. Very good value in early June. My prime complaint for the property was the overall condition. Back porch furniture was stained and unusable, hot tub cover was broken off, black stone had broken pieces, bbq had been tipped over. We had the air conditioner clog during our stay and leak water through the ceiling for 2 days. A tech was sent out but the issue wasn’t fixed unfortunately. Overall cleanliness wasn’t great, aside from the back deck the plates and silverware were dirty, lots of spider webs in corners throughout the house. Kitchen has the necessities, but could use some larger items for cooking for a 6 bedroom house.”
