“Beautiful setting. Beautiful cabin. The curtains in the primary bedroom didn’t work so it was very difficult to use the deck and take advantage of the view, it looks like they haven’t worked for a while. The upstairs bathroom door and bedroom door were not working properly. After closing the door and turning the knob to open the door, the bolt wouldn’t open all the way and the door wouldn’t open. We had to use a credit card to get out of the bathroom and bedroom.”

“We had a great stay! The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. The lake access was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights of the property. Everything was as expected, and we really enjoyed our time here. Would definitely stay again!”

“The adorable cabin is so lovely and quaint, it was such a wonderful place to spend a week away. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was, and enjoyed hiking down to the lake every day. It was easy to hop on Highway 61 and go north or south to explore various landmarks, beaches, towns, hiking trails, and mountain biking spots. It was perfect to come back to the lovely cabin each evening to cook dinner on the gorgeous appliances, and relax with dinner on the deck while listening to Lake Superior in all her glory as the waves crashed on the rocks.”

“Beautiful place, lovely location. Do not get there early. We arrived around 3:45 after a 5 hour drive coming in hot with a wife that had to pee and the lock would not let us in until 4:00 on the nose. Not an ideal start to the stay, but the location more than made up for it.”
